The government of the autonomous Sunilian crown dependancy, the People’s Republic of Seabourg, published a new regulation which significantly restricts access into the nation. The regulation was published and considered to be “urgent”. The Sunilian Empire had nothing to do with the decision.
The PR Seabourg is divided into two zones. The outer zone, which is not being guarded by the nation, and the capital area, where border controlls, etc. are placed.

The only access to the capital area is the main border crossing at the controll booth. Please make sure you bring your green party-member-card with you.
Both other main border crossings are closed and cars are generally not allowed in the capital area – state-operated busses and checked service vehicles are the only exceptions. Gates will not be opened and entry cards, as held by many government members, have been disables to keep these gates closed at all times.
Parking, dropping off and picking up people isonly possible at the parking lot at the party’s sports hall. This applies also to embassy cars except when accompanied by Germany BKA security. Injured people may be dropped off at the controll booth.
We are aware that this causes inconvenience. However, given the current situation, we are convinced that security must come first. The additional security personnel has clear instructions and they are not in a position to negotiate exceptions. Please help to make their tasks possible.
These regulations will be in force until further notice.
