2017.10.01 – Sunilia & Kingdom of Ourania Enter Treaty of Mutual Recognition, establish Formal Diplomatic Contact

MA GREB – the Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania have entered into a treaty of mutual recognition. By agreeing to the terms of the treaty, both countries will recognize one another and their government as legitimate, will establish formal diplomatic channels and work together for peaceful development of both nations and the world.

Treaty of Mutual Recognition

Subject: Treaty of Mutual Recognition between the Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania

By formally accepting this treaty of mutual recognition, the Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania, agree to the following:

Objectives of the Treaty:

  1. The Kingdom of Ourania recognizes the existence, sovereignty, government and political status of the Empire of Sunilian States.
  2. The Empire of Sunilian States recognizes the existence, sovereignty, government and political status of the Kingdom of Ourania.
  3. The Kingdom of Ourania establishes official channels for diplomatic contact and exchange with the Empire of Sunilian States.
  4. The Empire of Sunilian States establishes official channels for diplomatic contact and exchange with the Kingdom of Ourania.
  5. The Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania vow to build a relationship based on cooperation, mutual understanding, respect of laws and customs of one another.
  6. The Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania refuse any forms of racism, segregation, national or ideological intolerance.

Validity of the Treaty:

  1. The treaty will come into effect immediately after ratification by both the Empire of Sunilian States and the Kingdom of Ourania. The ratification can take place in the form of a signature or clear confirmation through an official diplomatic channel.
  2. The treaty is in effect indefinitely unless paragraph 3 of the section “Validity of the Treaty” is triggered.
  3. This treaty can be dissolved by either party to the treaty with prior notification through official diplomatic channels that must take place no later than two full weeks (14 days) before the planned date of dissolution.
