The Sunilian definition for PMC is any illegal action or action that has led to punishment by the Sunilian Government and/or its organizations that was taken out of political motivation.
PMC can include:
- Influencing the right of free speech within the Sunilian law
- Influencing the National ideas with the goal to harm Sunilia
- Influencing changes in the Sunilian government with the goal to harm Sunilia
- (Attempting to) damage one or more of the political structures of Sunilia
- (Attempting to) damage one or more of the political structures of a State of the Nation
- (Attempt at) Damaging the security of the Nation
- (Attempting to) damage a State of the Nation
- (Attempting or preparing to) damage foreign relations of Sunilia, possibly through force
Further, PMC includes discrimination/racism. This includes any form of discrimination/racism against any person, institution or object in Sunilia due to:
- Pro-Sunilian way of thinking
- Nationality
- Ethnicity
- Race
- Skin color
- Pro-Sunilian world views
- Disabilities
- Sexual orientation
- Social status
Actions following a reported case of PMC will be decided by the court of injustice and/or the government of the Empire of Sunilian States.
